The short version
JustWrite is a one-time purchase macOS writing app made by Kitze. Buy it once, use it for your own writing, and email support when something breaks or feels unclear.
License and ownership
- A purchase gives you a personal license to install and use JustWrite on devices you control.
- The app, brand, website, design, copy, and software remain owned by the maker unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
- You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or use JustWrite to build a competing product from its assets or code.
Payment, delivery, and refunds
- Checkout, payment, receipts, and license delivery are handled through ReleaseFlow and its payment processor.
- JustWrite has a 14-day refund window. The canonical refund policy lives at /refund-policy.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method when the provider supports it.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the site, checkout, license, or support channels for abuse, spam, fraud, scraping, or attempts to interfere with the service.
- Do not submit malicious files, exploit attempts, or sensitive private writing through support unless coordinated as a security report.
- You are responsible for the writing you create and where you publish or share it.
Reliability and changes
- JustWrite is provided as-is, with practical support and updates as the product evolves.
- Features, pricing, platform requirements, and documentation may change over time.
- The app currently requires macOS 14 or later.
