  • Your macOS version and JustWrite version if the issue is inside the app.
  • The order email or receipt email if the request is about checkout, refunds, billing, or license delivery.
  • A concise description of what happened and what you expected instead.
  • Screenshots are welcome, but do not include private drafts unless you intentionally want that text reviewed.

Response expectations

  • Support is handled by a solo maker, not a call center.
  • Purchase, license, refund, and security messages get priority.
  • Feature ideas are welcome, but support cannot promise a ship date for every request.
