JustWrite is pay-once software. If it is not right for your writing setup, contact support within 14 days.

14-day refund window

If JustWrite does not help you focus, email within 14 days of purchase and ask for a refund. No long form, no interrogation, no performative cancellation maze.

How to request a refund

  • Email hi@kitze.io from the order email when possible.
  • Include the email used at checkout, the approximate purchase date, and the word refund in the subject line.
  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method when the checkout provider supports it.

Cancellations

  • JustWrite is sold as a one-time license, so there is no recurring subscription to cancel.
  • For billing portal access, license delivery problems, or payment receipt questions, use the support page or the Manage Account link.
  • The old /refunds and /cancellation-policy paths redirect here so buyers land on one canonical policy.

When a refund might need review

  • Requests outside the 14-day window may still be reviewed, especially for duplicate orders, payment mistakes, or delivery failures.
  • Refunds may be delayed or declined when the payment provider flags fraud, abuse, chargeback activity, or account mismatch issues.
  • A refunded license may stop receiving updates or access tied to the original purchase.
