What JustWrite collects

• Website analytics may include pages visited, referrer, device/browser details, session identifiers, and campaign parameters.
• Checkout is handled by ReleaseFlow and its payment processor. They may collect the information needed to process payment, issue receipts, deliver licenses, and prevent fraud.
• Support requests may include your email address, order email, license details, and whatever context you choose to include in the message.
• Free browser tools are designed to work locally in your browser. Do not send draft text to support unless you want it reviewed for that request.

What JustWrite does not want

• Prompt text, private drafts, uploaded files, filenames, or generated writing should not be included in analytics events.
• The site does not sell personal information.
• The macOS app is a focus tool, not a cloud writing workspace. Your writing stays on the device unless you choose to share it elsewhere.

How data is used

• To deliver purchases, receipts, license keys, refunds, and support replies.
• To understand site performance, checkout flow health, and which writing tools are useful.
• To protect the checkout and support flow from abuse, spam, and fraud.
• To improve the product and supporting pages without reading private writing content.

Your choices

• Email hi@kitze.io to request help, a refund, or deletion of support records tied to your email where retention is not required for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
• Use your browser controls to block or clear analytics cookies and local storage.
• Avoid including sensitive writing, secrets, or personal documents in support emails.
